How to Count to Infinity
- You
can’t count nothing.
- You
can only count members of a set.
- You have
to count with the number 1 (one).
- You
have to use successive (in order without skipping) counting numbers as
needed.
- You
count by matching or pairing up counting numbers to the members being
counted.
- You
count your fingers by matching one to the first finger, two the second
finger, three to the third finger, four to the fourth finger, and five to
the fifth finger.
- You
cont by matching exactly one counting number to each one of the members
being counted.
- The
biggest, highest, largest, or greatest counting number used is the number of members or count
of the set.
- You can count to five by matching each one of the numbers one through five to itself.
